Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is our Area of Service?

A: We will travel to almost every area in Central Wisconsin from the Marshfield area, down to Nekoosa, Petenwell Lake, and over to the Stevens Point area and further. Please feel free to inquire and we will be happy to accommodate you as best as we can!

Q: What do we offer in our Window cleaning service?

A: During a typical Window Cleaning, we will clean the glass itself, along with wiping down the sills, and frames. If the window has a screen included, we will also wipe the screen to remove any dirt and debris. Tracks will be lightly cleaned out; however, we do offer an additional service Deep cleaning the window tracks and removing the dirt and debris that may be typically hard to remove.

If the windows have hard to remove debris on the glass, such as construction materials (concrete, glue, paint, silicone, etc.), it would require an additional Construction Clean-up Window cleaning service to remove these materials as well. Most cleanings do not need this service, as it is usually only right after construction or renovations.

We want you to be happy with your clean windows, and confident knowing we will always be able to make it right, for you!

Q: What counts as a Window? What count as a Pane?

A: Typically, a Window is any arrangement of glass panes within a frame. This could be 1 pane like a fixed or casement window. It could be 2 panes, because you have double-hung windows. If you have storm panes with your double-hung windows, there could be as many as 4 panes of glass within 1 window. Some more examples:

  • A double-hung window is two panes and one window.

  • A casement window is one pane and one window.

  • A large picture window is one window but equivalent to 2-4 panes.
